Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Ward Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and service or delivery address — when you request a quote, place an order, or contact us.
- Order and service information — the products or services you request and related notes, including materials you share for a web development project.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card), but we do not collect or store your full payment card number.
- Basic website data — limited technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) that may be collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To provide, schedule, and deliver the services you request.
- To process payments and send invoices and receipts.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations — including notarial journal requirements under Virginia law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Stripe, Inc. — to process payments securely. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Remote online notarization platforms — when you choose RON, identity verification and session recording are handled by a third-party platform as required by Virginia law.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for web development projects, we may use third-party hosting, domain, and deployment services on your behalf, as agreed in your project.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Notarial records are retained for the period required by Virginia law. You may request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@ward-ventures-llc.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
